Hello.......I did as you instructed.......not too big, not small......just like your picture. Well I had it on for 5 hours. In fact I forgot that it was on !....but unfortunately I saw no difference whatsoever. But in saying that I am 76 and maybe my face is at the "no hope of change stage" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
